Our advanced vacuum dryer is designed for drying under negative pressure conditions. It comprises a steam-jacketed shell with rotating rake teeth inside, which reverse direction every 10-15 minutes to stir the material evenly. The evaporated water or solvent is removed via a vacuum pump. This method lowers the drying temperature, preventing material decomposition. It's ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, using a pump for suction and dehumidification, which accelerates the drying rate and conserves energy. Vacuum dryers are categorized into static and dynamic types. YZG cylindrical and FZG square dryers are static, while SZG double cone rotary dryers are dynamic. Static dryers maintain the form of materials, which can be disinfected before drying. Dynamic dryers ensure thorough drying by continuously flipping the material. Vacuum drying lowers the solvent's boiling point, suitable for heat-sensitive materials, and ensures good sealing for solvent recovery or drying materials with irritants or toxic gases. This technique is prevalent in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dye industries, and complies with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power, mixing materials inside the tank to enhance drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture or solvent to reach saturation and evaporate. This is promptly removed and recovered by a vacuum pump. Internal moisture or solvent permeates, evaporates, and is discharged continuously, achieving rapid material drying.
