Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, utilizing a vacuum pump for efficient dehumidification. Operational Principle:

2) Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly, causing the materials inside to mix continuously, thus enhancing the drying process.
3) Under vacuum conditions, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to saturate and evaporate. This is swiftly extracted and recovered by a vacuum pump. Moisture (solvent) inside the material permeates, evaporates, and is continuously discharged from the surface, achieving effective drying in a short time.
