It features a shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth that stir the material evenly, changing directions every 10-15 minutes. This ensures continuous surface renewal and efficient drying. The vacuum pump extracts gasified water (or solvent), lowering drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production applications.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, significantly accelerating the drying rate and saving energy. This method utilizes a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification, maintaining a vacuum state in the workspace. Vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static dryers and dynamic dryers. The YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, while the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is dynamic. Static dryers maintain material form and can be disinfected pre-drying.
