Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, using a vacuum pump for efficient suction and dehumidification. This process significantly accelerates the drying rate and conserves energy. Our vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. The YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, maintaining material integrity. The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer ensures more thorough drying by continually flipping materials. Ideal for drying heat-sensitive or unstable materials, our vacuum dryers also feature excellent sealing properties, making them suitable for solvent recovery and handling irritant or toxic gases. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the drying material through the inner shell.
2) A power-driven rotating tank ensures continuous material mixing, enhancing drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to saturate and evaporate, which is then promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This continuous process of permeation, evaporation, and discharge ensures rapid and effective material drying.
