Our Round Vacuum Dryer is engineered for exceptional performance in low-temperature chemical drying. It operates under negative pressure, consisting of a steam-jacketed shell with internal rotating rake teeth. These teeth reverse direction every 10-15 minutes, ensuring uniform stirring and continuous surface renewal. A vacuum pump extracts the gasified water or solvent, lowering the drying temperature and preventing material degradation. This dryer is indispensable in the production of chemical and pharmaceutical goods.
Vacuum drying involves heating and dehydrating materials under vacuum conditions. A vacuum pump maintains a vacuum state, significantly accelerating drying rates and conserving energy. The equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, keeping materials stationary and intact during drying. SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic, ensuring even and thorough drying by continually flipping the material. The vacuum state lowers the solvent's boiling point, ideal for heat-sensitive or unstable materials. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material inside through the inner shell.
2) Under powered rotation, the tank slowly turns, continuously mixing the materials inside to enhance drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, the reduction in vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to evaporate and be extracted by a vacuum pump. This process is continuous, with internal moisture permeating to the surface, evaporating, and being discharged, achieving rapid and effective drying.
