Vacuum Dryer: Our state-of-the-art vacuum drying equipment operates under negative pressure, featuring a steam jacketed shell and reversible rake teeth for optimal material stirring. This design ensures even drying while preventing material decomposition by maintaining a low drying temperature. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production, the vacuum dryer extracts gasified water or solvents using a vacuum pump, delivering superior drying performance.
Vacuum drying entails heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, significantly speeding up the drying process and conserving energy. Utilizing a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification, the process keeps the drying chamber in a vacuum state. Vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static dryers (e.g., YZG cylindrical and FZG square) and dynamic dryers (e.g., SZG double cone rotary). Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy-via hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil-is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the dried material through the inner shell.
2) Powered rotation of the tank facilitates continuous mixing of the materials inside, enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the material's surface moisture (or solvent) evaporates due to reduced vapor pressure, being promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This continuous evaporation and discharge process accelerates drying, achieving desired results swiftly.
