The High Efficiency Yzg/Fzg Series Vacuum Dryer, designed for drying under negative pressure, features a steam-jacketed shell with rotating rake teeth. These teeth reverse direction every 10-15 minutes, ensuring even stirring and continuous surface renewal of the material. A vacuum pump extracts the gasified water or solvent, lowering the drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. This makes it perfect for drying chemical and pharmaceutical products.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. A vacuum pump provides suction and dehumidification, maintaining a vacuum state that accelerates the drying process and saves energy. Equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. The YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, keeping materials stationary to prevent form damage, and can also be pre-disinfected. The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is dynamic, ensuring even and thorough drying through continuous material movement. Lower boiling points under vacuum make it ideal for drying unstable or heat-sensitive materials. The excellent sealing properties also suit materials requiring solvent recovery or containing strong irritants and toxic gases. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, continuously mixing materials inside to enhance the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This process continues with internal moisture permeating to the surface, evaporating, and being discharged, achieving efficient drying in a short time.
