Our sophisticated vacuum dryers are designed for drying under negative pressure. They feature a shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth, which switch directions every 10-15 minutes to ensure even material stirring and continuous surface updating. A vacuum pump extracts the gasified water (or solvent), lowering the drying temperature to prevent material decomposition. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying heats and dries materials under vacuum conditions, using a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification. This process accelerates drying and saves energy. Vacuum drying equipment includes static and dynamic dryers. Our YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, while the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is dynamic. Static dryers maintain material form, allowing for pre-drying disinfection. Dynamic dryers facilitate even and thorough drying by continuously flipping the material. The decreased boiling point of solvents makes vacuum drying ideal for unstable or heat-sensitive materials. With excellent sealing properties, these dryers suit materials needing solvent recovery and those containing strong irritants or toxic gases. Widely adopted in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dye industries, our equipment meets GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, causing the materials to mix continuously, thus enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to saturate and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The internal moisture (solvent) continuously permeates, evaporates, and exits the surface, completing the drying process swiftly and efficiently.
