Our vacuum dryer, designed for drying under negative pressure, features a shell with a steam jacket and reversible rake teeth inside. These teeth change direction approximately every 10-15 minutes to ensure even stirring and surface renewal of the material. A vacuum pump extracts water or solvent vapors, allowing for a lower drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. This makes our vacuum dryer ideal for producing chemical and pharmaceutical products.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions using a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification. This accelerates drying rates and conserves energy. Our vacuum drying equipment is classified into static and dynamic dryers. The YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers fall under the static category, while the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a dynamic machine. Static dryers maintain the material's form and allow for pre-drying sterilization, while dynamic dryers provide even and thorough drying by constantly flipping the material. Vacuum state reduces the solvent's boiling point, making it suitable for unstable or heat-sensitive materials. Moreover, vacuum dryers' excellent sealing makes them ideal for materials needing solvent recovery or containing irritants and toxic gases. These features have led to widespread use in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dyes, complying with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) Under power drive, the tank rotates slowly, continuously mixing the materials inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (or solvent) in the material to reach saturation and evaporate, promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This process permeates the material, continuously evaporating and discharging from the surface, achieving efficient drying in a short time.
