The High Efficiency Circular Square Vacuum Dryer operates under negative pressure, utilizing a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth to ensure uniform stirring and surface renewal of the material. The vacuum pump extracts gasified water or solvents, lowering the drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. This makes it ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum, using a vacuum pump for efficient suction and dehumidification. This accelerates the drying process and conserves energy. Our range includes static dryers (YZG cylindrical and FZG square) and dynamic dryers (SZG double cone rotary). Static dryers maintain material integrity, while dynamic dryers ensure thorough and even drying. Suitable for heat-sensitive or unstable materials, vacuum dryers offer excellent sealing, enabling solvent recovery and safe handling of toxic gases. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material via the inner shell.
2) Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly, mixing the materials inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture or solvents to saturate and evaporate, which are then discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump. The internal moisture or solvent continually permeates, evaporates, and exits the surface, achieving efficient material drying in a short period.
