Our Vacuum Dryer operates under negative pressure, featuring a steam jacketed shell and reversible rake teeth that rotate inside, ensuring even material stirring and continuous surface renewal. A vacuum pump extracts vaporized water or solvents, making it possible to lower the drying temperature and prevent material decomposition. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying heats and dehumidifies materials under vacuum conditions, accelerating drying rates and conserving energy. The equipment is classified into static and dynamic dryers: YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, maintaining material form, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic, ensuring even and thorough drying. Vacuum dryers, effective for heat-sensitive or unstable materials, also offer excellent sealing for solvent recovery and toxic gas containment, making them indispensable in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, and other industries, complying with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy, such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) The tank slowly rotates under power drive, continuously mixing the materials to enhance drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (or solvent) to saturate and evaporate quickly, which is then discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This ensures continuous permeation, evaporation, and discharge of internal moisture, achieving rapid and efficient drying in a short period.
