Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets, which mix seamlessly with hot air and descend. The majority of the powder material is efficiently collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Wasted air and fine powder are meticulously separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. For enhanced recovery, an additional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
