Our vacuum dryer operates under negative pressure, featuring a shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth. These teeth reverse directions approximately every 10-15 minutes, ensuring even stirring and continuous surface renewal of the material. A vacuum pump extracts gasified water or solvents, allowing for low-temperature drying and preventing material decomposition. This technology is widely applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions using a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification. This accelerates the drying rate and conserves energy. Vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic. Static dryers maintain the material's original state, preventing damage and enabling pre-drying disinfection. Dynamic dryers continuously flip the material for uniform drying. Vacuum dryers are ideal for heat-sensitive or unstable materials due to the reduced boiling point of solvents under vacuum. They also excel in drying materials requiring solvent recovery or containing toxic gases. These dryers are prevalent in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, and meet GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy, such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) Powered rotation ensures the tank slowly turns, continuously mixing materials inside, which strengthens the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture or solvents to evaporate and saturate. These are promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This continuous cycle of permeation, evaporation, and surface discharge achieves efficient drying in a short time.
