Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air, which then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer in a spiral and uniform manner. The feed liquid is pumped from its tank to the centrifugal atomizer at the top, spraying it into tiny mist droplets. As these droplets contact the hot air, the water evaporates rapidly, drying the product in a very short time. The finished product is collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gas is expelled by the fan.
