The Two-Dimensional Mixer, officially termed as the two-dimensional movement mixer, performs dual-directional mixing. The drum rotates and swings simultaneously, allowing the materials within to rotate, flip, and mix thoroughly. This dual motion ensures comprehensive mixing in a short span.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex, cycling movements of translation and tumbling. This causes materials to move annularly, radially, and axially, thereby achieving thorough flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing for complete homogenization.
