The Two-Dimensional Mixer, or the Two-Dimensional Movement Mixer, is a marvel in mixing technology. As its name suggests, this mixer allows the drum to move in two simultaneous directions. The dual movements include the rotation of the drum, which swings with the swing frame. During this process, the material inside the drum rotates, flips, and mixes, while also engaging in left-to-right motions due to the drum's swinging, ensuring thorough and rapid mixing.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs a synergistic compound of translational and tumbling movements. This complex motion causes the materials to move in annular, radial, and axial directions within the body, enabling mutual flow, dispersion, accumulation, and comprehensive mixing to achieve the desired homogeneity.
