The two-dimensional mixer, or two-dimensional movement mixer, is named for its dual-direction mixing capability. The drum rotates while swinging with the swing frame, causing the material inside to rotate, flip, and mix. Concurrently, the mixing occurs from left to right with the drum's swing, ensuring thorough mixing in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs compound movements of translation and tumbling. This induces annular, radial, and axial flows within the body, facilitating the mutual flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing of materials for optimal blending.
