The Two-dimensional Mixer, or two-dimensional movement mixer, operates on the principle that the drum moves simultaneously in two directions. These directions include the rotation of the drum and the swinging movement of the swing frame. As the drum rotates, the materials inside are thoroughly mixed through flipping and rotation, augmented by the left-right swinging motion, ensuring comprehensive mixing in a short timeframe.
Principle:
Driven by the shaft, the barrel containing the materials performs a complex combination of movement including translation and tumbling. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially within the barrel, fostering an environment of mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing, thereby achieving a thorough and homogeneous blend.
