Our advanced vacuum dryer is designed for drying under negative pressure, featuring a shell with a steam jacket and reversible rake teeth that rotate inside. These rake teeth change direction every 10-15 minutes to ensure even stirring and continuous surface renewal. A vacuum pump extracts the gasified water (or solvent), allowing the drying temperature to be lowered and preventing material decomposition. This technology is ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating materials under vacuum conditions, utilizing a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification, which accelerates the drying rate and conserves energy. Divided into static and dynamic dryers, our YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers fall under static dryers, while the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a dynamic machine. Static dryers maintain the material's form and can be disinfected beforehand, while dynamic dryers provide more even and thorough drying due to continuous material movement. Suitable for unstable or heat-sensitive materials, vacuum dryers ensure excellent sealing, making them perfect for materials needing solvent recovery or containing irritants or toxic gases. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dye industries, our equipment complies with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (via hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the dried material through the inner shell.
2) Power-driven slow rotation of the tank ensures continuous mixing of materials inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure leads to surface moisture (solvent) saturation and evaporation, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The material's internal moisture continually permeates, evaporates, and is discharged from the surface, allowing rapid and efficient drying.
