The PLG Series Continuous Dryer is an advanced, high-efficiency conductive drying solution. Its unique design and operational principles ensure superior thermal performance, reduced energy consumption, compact footprint, straightforward configuration, and effortless operation and control, all within an excellent working environment.
Operational Principle:
Wet materials are steadily introduced from the feeder onto the first layer drying plate at the top. A rake arm with blades continuously flips the materials, which flow across the drying plate's surface in an exponential spiral pattern. The materials transition from small to large drying trays, flowing downwards through alternating layers for seamless drying.
Each hollow drying plate is filled with a heating medium such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, entering from one end and exiting the other. Dried materials descend to the aggregate tray and are transported by rake blades to the discharge port. Moisture is expelled through the top cover's dehumidification port or extracted via a vacuum port. The system accommodates packaging directly from the bottom layer and can incorporate auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans to enhance production capacity. Ideal for drying heat-sensitive and paste-like materials, it supports various operations including heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.

Sealed type: Featuring a solvent recovery device, it efficiently recovers organic solvents from moisture-laden gases. The recovery process is simple and achieves high recovery rates. For materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, or oxidizable, protective gas can be used for safe, closed-loop operation, making it ideal for drying sensitive materials.
Vacuum type: This disc dryer operates under vacuum conditions, making it perfect for the delicate drying of thermosensitive materials.
