Our Vacuum Dryer operates under negative pressure within a steam-jacketed shell, using rotating rake teeth to ensure uniform stirring and continuous surface renewal. This technology employs a vacuum pump to extract vaporized water or solvents, enabling lower drying temperatures and preventing material decomposition. It is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating materials under vacuum conditions, using a vacuum pump for rapid dehumidification. This process accelerates drying and conserves energy. Equipment is classified into static and dynamic dryers: the YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, while the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is dynamic. Static dryers maintain material form and allow pre-drying sterilization, whereas dynamic dryers ensure even drying by constant material flipping. Ideal for unstable or heat-sensitive materials, our vacuum dryers also recover solvents and handle toxic gases, meeting GMP standards and serving pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dye industries.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy, such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferred to the material through the inner shell.
2) Under powered rotation, the tank mixes materials continuously, enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, decreased vapor pressure makes surface moisture (solvent) evaporate and get discharged via a vacuum pump. The internal moisture (solvent) continually permeates, evaporates, and gets discharged, achieving efficient drying in a short period.
