Our vacuum dryer operates under negative pressure and features a steam jacket and reversible rake teeth for optimal material stirring. By extracting gasified water or solvents via a vacuum pump, it lowers drying temperatures and prevents material decomposition. This technology is broadly applied in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, utilizing a vacuum pump for efficient dehumidification. This accelerates drying rates and conserves energy. Vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. The YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, ensuring the material remains undisturbed and can be disinfected pre-drying. Conversely, the SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is dynamic, promoting even drying by constantly rotating the material. Suitable for heat-sensitive or unstable materials, vacuum dryers excel in solvent recovery and handling strong irritants or toxic gases, making them indispensable in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, and dye industries. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy, provided by hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into a closed interlayer and transferred to the material via the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, ensuring continuous mixing of the materials inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (or solvent) to saturate and evaporate, which is then discharged and recovered via a vacuum pump. This process is continuous, ensuring thorough and efficient drying of the material in a short time.
