The YZG/FZG Series High Efficiency Vacuum Dryer is designed for drying under negative pressure. It features a shell with a steam jacket and reversible rake teeth that rotate inside, ensuring uniform stirring and surface renewal every 10-15 minutes. A vacuum pump extracts gasified water or solvents, lowering the drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. This technology is crucial in chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, utilizing a vacuum pump for dehumidification and suction. This process significantly accelerates the drying rate and conserves energy. Our vacuum drying equipment includes static dryers (YZG cylindrical and FZG square) and dynamic dryers (SZG double cone rotary). Static dryers keep the material motionless, preserving its form and allowing for pre-drying sterilization. Dynamic dryers ensure even and thorough drying by constantly flipping the material. The decreased boiling point of solvents in a vacuum state makes this method ideal for drying unstable or heat-sensitive materials. Exceptional sealing properties also make vacuum dryers suitable for materials requiring solvent recovery or containing toxic gases. Our vacuum drying equipment is extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and dye industries, compliant with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material inside the shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, continuously mixing the materials inside to enhance the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the vapor pressure reduces, causing the surface moisture (or solvent) in the material to saturate and evaporate. This moisture is then promptly extracted and recovered by a vacuum pump. The internal moisture continuously permeates, evaporates, and is expelled from the surface, facilitating rapid and efficient drying.
