Our state-of-the-art vacuum dryer operates under negative pressure, featuring a robust shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth inside. These rake teeth reverse directions every 10-15 minutes, ensuring the material is evenly stirred and its surface continuously refreshed. The vacuum pump efficiently extracts gasified water (or solvent), enabling lower drying temperatures and preventing material decomposition. This apparatus is ideal for producing high-quality chemical and pharmaceutical products.
Vacuum drying involves heating materials under vacuum conditions, significantly speeding up the drying process and conserving energy. Using a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification maintains a vacuum state, ideal for drying sensitive or unstable materials. Our vacuum drying equipment includes static dryers, such as YZG cylindrical and FZG square models, and dynamic dryers like the SZG double cone rotary model. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is channeled into a closed interlayer, subsequently transferring heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly, continuously mixing materials inside to enhance the drying process.
3) Under vacuum, surface moisture (solvent) reaches saturation and evaporates due to decreased vapor pressure, efficiently discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump. This continuous cycle of permeation, evaporation, and discharge results in rapid and effective drying of the material.
