Operational Principle:
Starting with the wet materials being continuously fed onto the uppermost drying plate, the rotating rake arm with blades ensures continuous flipping. As materials traverse the drying tray's surface following an exponential spiral, they transition from small to large trays and vice versa, ensuring a thorough and continuous drying process throughout the system.
The hollow drying plates, filled with heating mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temperature molten salt, facilitate efficient heat transfer. The final dried material is collected and transported to the discharge port, while moisture is efficiently expelled through designated dehumidification ports. By integrating auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, and bag filters, the drying system can handle sensitive materials and optimize various processes such as heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.
