The two-dimensional mixer, officially known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, allows the drum to move simultaneously in two directions. This includes the rotation of the drum, which swings with the swing frame. The material inside the rotating drum rotates, flips, and mixes, while simultaneously moving from left to right with the drum's swing, ensuring thorough mixing in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel containing the materials performs complex movements of translation and tumbling. This induces annular, radial, and axial movements within the materials, achieving thorough mutual flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing, thereby ensuring complete integration.
