These motions include the rotation of the drum and swinging with the swing frame. As the drum rotates, flips, and mixes the material, the swinging action ensures thorough mixing within a short time frame.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel with loaded materials performs cyclical compound movements of translation and tumbling. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially within the body, facilitating mutual flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing, thus achieving comprehensive mixing.
