These movements include the rotation of the drum, which also swings on its frame. Materials inside the rotating drum are mixed through a combination of rotation, flipping, and a left-to-right motion, ensuring comprehensive mixing in a short period.

Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials undergoes complex movements of translation and tumbling. This results in the materials moving in circular, radial, and axial patterns within the barrel, facilitating thorough flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing to achieve optimal blending.
