Our two-dimensional mixer, also known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, is designed to perform simultaneous movements in two directions. The drum rotates and swings, ensuring the mixed material inside flips and blends thoroughly. This simultaneous motion ensures effective mixing within a short time frame.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, our barrel performs a combination of translation and tumbling motions. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially, ensuring thorough flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing. The result is perfectly blended materials.
