The belt dryer stands as a continuous drying powerhouse, perfect for batch production. It efficiently dries sheet, strip, and granular materials with excellent air permeability, such as dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces with high water content. This series of dryers boasts quick drying speeds, high evaporation intensity, and superior product quality. Its design is especially suited for materials that cannot withstand high temperatures. For paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes, drying is achievable post granulation or strip formation.

Principle:
The material is systematically distributed on the mesh belt by the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. Propelled by the driving mechanism, the drier comprises multiple units where hot air circulates independently. A dehumidifying fan manages the discharge of tail gases, while a regulating valve controls exhaust gas. This efficient system ensures heat application, moisture removal, and drying. The net belt moves at an adjustable speed in accordance with the material's temperature requirements, enabling a continuous fall of dried products into the feeder. The up and down cycle unit configuration is customizable to user needs, letting clients select the number of units they require.
In the heart of our sophisticated drying system, the material starts its journey in the hopper and is evenly spread onto the mesh belt by an advanced feeder. Crafted from robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, the belt is propelled through the dryer by a cutting-edge transmission device. Our dryer is a marvel of engineering, comprising multiple units, each with its own independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan ensures optimal exhaust gas management, with each unit equipped with its dedicated exhaust gas control valve. In the upper circulation unit, air is drawn by the circulating fan into the lower chamber, heated to perfection by heater 7, and expertly distributed by distributor 6. This creates a dynamic jet flow that penetrates the mesh belt, effectively drying the material as it ascends into the upper chamber. The diligent hot air flows across the material, achieving impeccable heat and mass transfer, before being recirculated, with some lower-temperature, moisture-rich gas expelled through an advanced exhaust system. In the lower circulation unit, air follows a reverse path, entering the upper chamber, descending through a heat exchanger, and moving through the material layer before recycling. This masterpiece of engineering offers flexible up-and-down loop configurations, tailored to the user's specific operational needs, and allows for customizable unit counts.
Our cutting-edge equipment excels in dehydrating vegetables, utilizing three powerful machines in series to construct an effective drying sequence: the initial, intermediate, and final dry sections. In the initial section, due to the high moisture content, we employ a thinner material layer, a brisk belt speed, and an elevated drying temperature to tackle poor permeability. Here, drying gas temperatures can soar to an impressive 120°C or more. Transitioning to the final drying stage, the material enjoys 3-6 times longer retention compared to the initial stage, with material thickness increased by 2-4 times, ensuring a thorough drying process. For heat-sensitive materials, temperatures are carefully moderated to not exceed 60°C, utilizing dry gas around 80°C. The belt dryer's exceptional performance is further amplified through a meticulously designed multi-stage combination, achieving superior uniformity in drying.
