Principle:The process begins as materials are evenly distributed across a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. The belt, driven by an efficient device, transports materials through a multi-unit dryer system. Each unit features independent hot air circulation, while a specialized dehumidifying fan and a regulating valve manage and exhaust moisture-laden gases. The belt's speed is adjustable to match the material's temperature requirements, ensuring premium dried products are delivered into the feeder smoothly. Flexible cycle units and unit numbers can be tailored to meet user-specific demands.
