Principle:The drying process begins with the material being meticulously spread on a stainless steel mesh belt, ranging from 12-60 mesh, by the feeder. Propelled by a driving device, the material journeys through a drier composed of multiple units, each with an independent hot air circulation system. Tail gas is efficiently expelled by a dedicated dehumidifying fan, and exhaust is regulated by a valve to maintain optimal drying conditions. The speed of the net belt is adjustable to perfectly match the material's temperature needs, ensuring continuous and consistent drying. Flexibility is further enhanced with customizable up and down cycle units, allowing users to configure the number of units based on their specific requirements.

Constructed with durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, the mesh belt is smoothly propelled through the dryer by a sophisticated transmission mechanism. The dryer itself is an intricate assembly of multiple units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle. A specialized dehumidifying fan adeptly manages the exhaust, with each unit's exhaust finely controlled by a dedicated valve system. Within the upper circulation unit, a powerful circulating fan propels air into the unit's lower chamber through a precise side air duct, heating it upwards via heater 7. As the air ascends, it's seamlessly distributed by distributor 6, transforming into a jet flow that permeates the mesh belt, traversing the material and entering the upper chamber. The connection with a side air duct and a return air duct facilitates seamless gas circulation, with a fraction released.
