Principle:
Material is uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt by a feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel grid. The material advances through the drier driven by a mechanical device. Comprising multiple units, each unit features an independent hot air circulation system. A specialized dehumidifying fan expels part of the exhaust, while a regulating valve controls it, facilitating heat and moisture removal. The mesh belt progresses slowly, with adjustable speeds based on material temperature needs, delivering the dried product continuously to the feeder. The ascending and descending cycle units are customizable to user requirements, and the number of units can be tailored to meet specific demands.
