Operational Principle:
Wet materials are seamlessly introduced via the feeder onto the initial drying plate at the apex of the dryer. Here, a rotating rake arm equipped with blades incessantly agitates the materials, facilitating a spiral flow across the drying tray's surface. This ingenious design allows materials to descend from the small drying trays to the expansive lower trays in a seamless, cascading motion. Alternating layers of large and small drying plates enable a continuous downward flow of materials throughout the dryer.
Heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt fill the hollow drying plates, entering from one end and exiting on the other.
