Principle:
The vacuum rake dryer is an innovative horizontal vacuum drying apparatus, operating in an intermittent manner. Moisture from wet materials is evaporated through conduction. A scraper agitator consistently sweeps the material from the heated surface, inducing a circulating flow within the container. Moisture is efficiently evaporated and expelled via a vacuum pump, making it a preferred choice for drying organic semi-finished products and fuels in the chemical industry.
Utilizing a steam jacket, the vacuum rake dryer system indirectly heats materials while efficiently expelling gases under high vacuum.
