Principle:
The Vacuum Rake Dryer represents an innovative horizontal, intermittent vacuum drying solution. Here, moisture is evaporated through conduction, with a dynamic scraper agitator ensuring the constant renewal of material on heated surfaces. This enables the material to navigate within the container, fostering circulation, as evaporated moisture is efficiently extracted via a vacuum pump. The device employs a steam jacket for indirect heating and high-vacuum gas exhaust, making it ideal for materials sensitive to high temperatures, oxidation, or prone to powder formation during drying (e.g., fuels).
