Materials are fed into the dryer via a screw feeder. Here, under the dynamic forces of high-speed rotation, impact, friction, and shear, bulk materials are rapidly broken down to interact fully with the hot air, leading to efficient heating and drying. Dried materials proceed to the dust collection system for processing, while exhaust gases, containing 50mg/m3 dust, are expelled by the draft fan to finalize the drying process.
