This sophisticated apparatus is designed to simultaneously execute both drying and granulating processes. By adjusting the pressure flow and atomizing hole size, desired granules of specific size and ratio can be efficiently produced, meeting a vast array of process requirements with precision.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets. These droplets mix with hot air and descend, with most powder material collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. The exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while the powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster ensures a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are constructed of SUS304 stainless steel. Insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers is provided by a sufficient layer of fine glass cotton. The tower body features observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed through an advanced electric control panel.
