This state-of-the-art apparatus combines both drying and granulating processes seamlessly. By adjusting pressure flow and the size of the atomizing hole, you can achieve granules of specific size and ratio, catering to varied process demands.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets, which then mix with hot air and descend. Most of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone, with exhaust air exiting through a draught fan while powder collects at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster at the outlet ensures a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. A sufficient layer of fine glass cotton between the tower's inner and outer layers provides optimal heat insulation. The tower body includes observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel.
Heat Source: The equipment offers versatile heating options, including steam or an electric heater, ensuring convenient operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet houses an internal device for stepless regulation of inlet temperature. In areas lacking electricity, steam or coal fuel can partially or fully replace electric heating.
