Our dryer is perfectly suited for applications in the chemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slag, salt, and sugar industries, among others. It efficiently performs drying, cooling, and wetting functions simultaneously, allowing products to be packed directly. Larger units generally adopt a split design to minimize vibration and reduce energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are fed into the machine through the inlet and move horizontally under the action of vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, facilitating heat exchange with the damp raw material. The damp air is then dusted by a cyclone separator and exhausted through the air outlet, while the dry raw material is discharged through the discharge outlet.
