The process involves natural air intake facilitated by a fan, which passes through a purification cabinet and heater, creating high-speed airflow through the material bed plate holes. Heated and purified air is expertly introduced by the induced draft fan from beneath, traversing the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working chamber, fluidization is achieved through stirring and negative pressure, resulting in rapid water evaporation and exhaust removal, thereby expediting material drying.
