The flash dryer operates by injecting hot air tangentially at the bottom of the dryer, creating a powerful rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The dried material is transferred to the dust collection system for processing, while the exhaust gas with a dust content of 50mg/m3 is expelled by the induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle.
