Overview:
The Flash Dryer introduces hot air tangentially into the dryer's base, creating a vigorous rotating wind field under the agitator's influence. Materials fed by the screw feeder are subjected to high-speed impacts, friction, and shear forces from mixing paddles, resulting in rapid crushing and efficient hot air contact. This process heats, dries, and transports the material to the dust collection system for final processing. The exhaust, maintaining a dust content of 50mg/m3, is drawn out by the draft fan to complete the drying cycle.

Hot air enters the bottom of the drying chamber through an annular gap, rising spirally to meet materials introduced by the feeder.
