The two-dimensional mixer, also known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, operates by allowing the drum to move simultaneously in two directions. The drum rotates while swinging with the swing frame. Inside the rotating drum, materials undergo rotation, flipping, and mixing. Concurrently, the drum's swinging facilitates left-to-right mixing movement, ensuring thorough blending of materials in a short duration.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex movements of translation and tumbling. These movements induce annular, radial, and axial flows within the barrel, promoting the mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing of materials to achieve a thorough blend.
