The dryer works by drawing natural air into a fan, passing it through a purification cabinet and heater, and directing it through the material bed to create a high-speed airflow. This process induces a boiling state in the material, facilitating the rapid evaporation of moisture for efficient drying.
Principle:
Once heated and purified, air is introduced from below via an induced draft fan, passing through the hopper's mesh plate. In the operating chamber, fluidization occurs through stirring and negative pressure. This results in swift evaporation and removal of moisture, leading to rapid material drying.
