The Industrial High Efficiency Square Vacuum Dryer operates under negative pressure, featuring a steam-jacketed shell with rotating rake teeth that reverse every 10-15 minutes. This ensures even material stirring and continuous surface renewal. A vacuum pump extracts the gasified water (or solvent), reducing the drying temperature and preventing material decomposition. It is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing for its efficiency and reliability.
Vacuum drying entails heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. Utilizing a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification accelerates the drying rate significantly while conserving energy. Our vacuum drying equipment includes static dryers (YZG cylindrical and FZG square) and dynamic dryers (SZG double cone rotary). Static dryers maintain the material's form and allow pre-drying disinfection, while dynamic dryers ensure thorough and even drying by continuously flipping the material. The lowered boiling point in vacuum conditions makes it ideal for unstable or heat-sensitive materials, and its excellent sealing properties enable safe drying of materials requiring solvent recovery or containing irritants/toxic gases. Widely adopted in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dye industries, our equipment complies with GMP standards.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (like hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material inside through the inner shell.
2) Under power drive, the tank rotates slowly, continuously mixing the materials inside and thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the decreased vapor pressure causes the material's surface moisture (solvent) to reach saturation and evaporate. This is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The internal moisture (solvent) permeates, evaporates, and is discharged from the surface in a continuous cycle, achieving rapid and efficient drying.
