Our vacuum drying equipment, designed for drying under negative pressure, comprises a shell with a steam jacket and rotating rake teeth inside. These rake teeth reverse direction every 10-15 minutes, ensuring the material is evenly stirred and the surface is continuously updated. The gasified water (or solvent) is extracted by a vacuum pump. This method lowers the drying temperature, preventing material decomposition and is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical production.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. A vacuum pump is used for suction and dehumidification, keeping the studio in a vacuum state, thus accelerating the drying process and saving energy. Our vacuum drying equipment includes static dryers like the YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers, and dynamic dryers like the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer. Static dryers keep materials stationary, preventing damage to their form and allowing for pre-drying disinfection. Dynamic dryers continuously flip the material, ensuring even and thorough drying. The reduced boiling point of solvents in a vacuum state makes this method ideal for drying unstable or heat-sensitive materials. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the dried material through the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, continuously mixing the materials inside and thereby enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure causes the surface moisture (solvent) of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. This process of permeation, evaporation, and discharge continues, achieving rapid and efficient drying.
