This apparatus simultaneously completes drying and granulating processes. By adjusting the pressure flow and atomizing hole size, granules of specific size and ratio are achieved, meeting diverse process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets, mixing with hot air and descending. The majority of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Waste air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The tower body, pipes, and separators that contact the raw material are constructed from SUS304. A sufficient layer of fine glass cotton provides heat insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower is equipped with observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed through an electric control panel.
Heat Source: The equipment can utilize steam or an electric heater, offering convenient operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet's internal control and regulation device allows for stepless regulation of inlet temperature. In areas without electricity, steam or coal fuel can be used, partially or fully replacing electric heating.
