The centrifugal spray dryer employs a centrifugal atomizer to dry liquid materials, a method now widely embraced in industrial production. This spray drying process is extensively used in the liquid forming and drying industry to produce powdery and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and lake liquids. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer's operation involves air passing through a filter and heater before entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer in a spiral motion. The feed liquid, filtered and pumped from its tank, is atomized into tiny droplets by a centrifugal atomizer. As these droplets contact hot air, rapid evaporation occurs, drying the material almost instantly. The finished product is then collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gas is expelled by a fan.
