Description:
The high-efficiency boiling drier is expertly designed for the dynamic drying of granular materials ranging from 0.1-6mm in size. It is perfect for the drying of finished products and intermediates in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical sectors. The process utilizes natural air drawn in by a fan, which passes through a purification cabinet and heater to create a high-speed airflow. This airflow, moving through the material bed plate, causes the material to enter a boiling state, facilitating the rapid evaporation of moisture and achieving efficient drying.
Principle:
Once heated and purified, air is introduced via an induced draft fan from below, traversing the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working chamber, it stirs the fluid under negative pressure, swiftly evaporating moisture and carrying it away through the exhaust system, resulting in quick and effective drying of materials.
